great cold bath

Good News für Freunde und Interessierte des Kältetrainings

Hier im schönen Zürcher-Oberland ist das ganze Jahr Kaltbade-Saison!
Der mystische und einzigartige Badeort befindet sich an traumhafter Lage im Sagenraintobel in Wald ZH (1 Stunde ab Bhf Stadelhofen).
Das sehr erfrischende Quellwasser des beeindruckenden Schmittenbach-Wasserfalls ist ganzjährig konstant eiskalt....perfekt für unser (über-)lebenswichtiges Kältebedürfnis.
Es tut unglaublich gut, kurz raus aus der Stadt, in der Natur in die Kälte, reseten, regenerieren und resilieren....
In der Gruppe geht alles viel leichter ... Entschluss fassen, Kopf abschalten und entspannt atmend ins Wasser (das ist alles).
Anschliessend aufwärmen und Tee oder Bouillon trinken...
Reise-Kurztripp-Angaben:

• Abfahrt Stadelhofen 07.57
• Ankunft = Bushaltestelle Wald Sonnenberg 08.47 = Treffpunkt für alle!
• danach idyllischer Fussweg durch den Wald (circa 10 Min) bis zum Ziel..
• Rückfahrt = Bushaltestelle Wald Sonnenberg immer 10.09 usw.
• Rückweg zu Fuss bis nach Bhf Wald (ab immer um 10.18 usw.) wunderschön und aufwärmend.

Mitnehmen:

• Handtuch, Badeanzug, Tee, warme Kleider, Schuhe, Mütze (die gute Stimmung kommt von alleine :-)

Diverses:

• der Anlass findet bei jedem Wetter statt.
• jeder Teilnehmer übernimmt an dieser Veranstaltung die Verantwortung für sich selbst.
• Personen mit gesundheitlichen Beschwerden (wie Herzprobleme oder Bluthochdruck etc.) sollten einen Arzt konsultieren, bevor sie in kaltes Wasser eintauchen.
• es geht nicht um Wettbewerb, sondern um das persönliche Erleben der positiven Auswirkungen des Kältereizes.
• Tipp: Die beste Vorbereitung für die Kaltwasser-Exposition in der Natur ist vorheriges tägliches kaltes Duschen während zwei-drei Wochen.
• Bemerkung: I don't speak English very well, but enough to answer your questions.

Good news for friends and those interested in cold training
Here in the beautiful Zurich Oberland, it's cold bathing season all year round!
The mystical and unique seaside resort is in a fantastic location in the Sagenraintobel in Wald ZH (1 hour from Stadelhofen station).
The very refreshing spring water of the impressive Schmittenbach waterfall is constantly ice cold all year round...perfect for our vital need for cold.
It feels incredibly good to get out of the city for a moment, into the cold in nature, to reset, regenerate and reset...
Everything is much easier in a group... Make a decision, switch off your head and breathe relaxed into the water (that's all).
Then warm up and drink tea or bouillon...
Travel short trip information:

• Departure Stadelhofen 07.57
• Arrival = Wald Sonnenberg bus stop 08.47 = meeting point for everyone!
• Then an idyllic footpath through the forest (approx. 10 minutes) to the destination.
• Return journey = Wald Sonnenberg bus stop always 10.09 etc.
• The way back on foot to the Wald station (always at 10.18, etc.) was beautiful and warming up.

Take along:

• Towel, swimsuit, tea, warm clothes, shoes, hat (the good mood comes naturally :-)

Miscellaneous:

• the event takes place whatever the weather.
• Each participant takes responsibility for themselves in this event.
• People with medical conditions (such as heart problems or high blood pressure, etc.) should consult a doctor before immersing themselves in cold water.
• It's not about competition, but about personally experiencing the positive effects of the cold stimulus.
• Tip: The best preparation for exposure to cold water in nature is to take a daily cold shower for two to three weeks.
• Note: I don't speak English very well, but enough to answer your questions.
