Christmas Party Time at Village Hotel, Bracknell (joiner party)

Dinner, dancing and merriment! RSVP to get the party started. Member guests are welcome at this event.

Please note a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of £10 per person is required immediately to secure your place. The balance (£32pp) is required by 14th October.

Free parking on site (please register your vehicle at reception)

Smart dress (over 18's only)

Reduced room rate available if you wish to stay overnight at the hotel (link available on request / after booking is secured)

Finer details:

-A minimum number of 10 attendees is required for the event to proceed

- £10pp deposit is not refundable

- Full event fee is not refundable after 14th October

-If the event is cancelled by the venue, a full refund will be given.
