MEDITATION AND BUDDHIST STUDIES

Saturday at 11:00 am will have Calm Abiding meditation with instructions on meditation and a time for questions and answers. This will be followed by Buddhist Studies. Please feel free to come for either the meditation which will be from 11:00 to 11:30 or the Buddhist Studies which will begin at approximately 11:30. The classes will meet every Saturday morning in the Meeting House.

There is no charge for either session. There will be a basket for donations to the Unitarian-Universalist Fellowship for use of their facility.
For Buddhist studies, we will be studying the first teachings of the Buddha after his enlightenment.
