About the presenter:
Dr. Wes Youngberg is a practicing lifestyle medicine specialist and clinical nutritionist in Southern California and is one of the founding directors and the first fellow of the American College of Lifestyle Medicine.
For many years, Dr. Youngberg served as assistant clinical professor for the Schools of Medicine and Public Health at Loma Linda University. He lectures to medical and lay audiences all over the world and has authored several books including Goodbye Diabetes, and Memory Makeover: How to prevent Alzheimer’s and reverse cognitive decline.
