community_brisbane is an international exchange group that aims to create a “playground” where everyone living in Brisbane can enjoy connecting with others. We strive to deepen multicultural connections and invigorate the local community. While Japanese culture is a central theme, we welcome people of all nationalities and cultural backgrounds to join in a fun and inclusive environment.

Who Should Join?
We welcome anyone living in or staying in Brisbane who is looking to make new friends, is interested in cultural exchange, or simply wants to enjoy fun and relaxed moments with others. Whether you’re Japanese or from anywhere else in the world, everyone is warmly invited to participate.

What Do We Do?
Our events are held both on weekdays and weekends and include a wide range of activities, such as BBQ parties, sports events, and onigiri-making workshops. We aim to offer activities that anyone can enjoy, while also hosting cultural experiences and networking sessions to create opportunities for meaningful connections and smiles among people in Brisbane.
