This group is designed to help you explore and expand your abilities:
-To listen and communicate compassionately
-To deepen your ability to show up as your Authentic self with courage and honesty
-To Know and Be Known
-To be present with What IS in the moment, in you, in the other, in the group
This is an Experiential Group that will use Authentic Relating Games, NonViolent Communication, Meditation, and Circling to facilitate this exploration in an open, supportive environment.
Each month will have a different theme to the group.

PRACTICALITIES:
-For a more detailed description of the purpose of this group visit the "Services" page on my website (www.journeyswithin.net).
-Payment will be Donation Based, with a recommended amount of $5 - $20 per event.
-Please RSVP - I will cancel the group if we don't have a minimum of 4 people attending.
ACCESSIBILITY:
-This event is held on the second floor, so there is a full flight of stairs to arrive at the event.
-This is a Scent Free Event.
-If you have any special accommodations that you need, please reach out and I will be happy to help facilitate these if possible.
-Parking - There is plenty of free street parking in the vicinity, and a small parking lot behind the building as well.
