Human Trafficking Outreach
On Saturday nights our team goes out to give gifts to sex workers walking the streets. Female volunteers give flowers, gift cards, and a phone number they can call to be driven to a safe house. Those we approach are the true heroes. Some even jump in the car with us to start a new life. This is about empowering escape from abusive control.
We have a 7:30pm start time starting at the Northeast side of Chicago but we will travel into the south side. On Saturdays we go out or we have a zoom at 9:00 p.m. for any volunteers with questions.
