What we’re about
Let’s Get Together to work on building strength for healthy aging to maintain balance and prevent falls. Each week we will meet a guest instructor or watch a you tube instructor who will show us ways to incorporate skills needed to maintain muscle mass and agility.
We will warm up and do simple calisthenics type exercises curated to build balance strength.
This group is helpful for those finished with chemotherapy or dealing with chronic health issues related to muscle loss from conditions like arthritis but are still active and getting around but want to improve. This group is not for those with serious health issues or outright balance issues.
We will meet at public parks with rails available to use while we work on skills.
Each person who participates does so at their own risk and the group host is not responsible for any injuries or falls that occur.
A small CASH based fee for each session.
