What we’re about
This group is open to all ladies in the Hamilton area and no fees are associated.
A Brisk Walk, Bike ride, or play Pickle ball at Confederation Park with other women a few days a week. Let’s keep each other motivated to get outside and get moving!
Our meeting place is directly across the street from 596 Grays Rd. That would be a good address to put in your GPS if trying to find us the first time.
