  • Understanding Confidence: Learn that confidence is a skill that can be nurtured. We’ll debunk common myths and explore personal reflections on confidence.

  • Addressing Social Anxiety: We’ll discuss triggers of social anxiety, normalize these feelings, and reflect on past uncomfortable interactions to foster understanding.

  • Building Blocks of Social Confidence: Discover the four key elements that contribute to social confidence—body language, mindset, preparation, and self-compassion.
