Latoya excels in professional consulting and real estate advisory, with skills in Negotiation, Resident Retention, and Customer Service. She thrives in deadline-driven environments, team building, and motivation.

Her experience spans operational customer service, professional security, transport communications, and real estate investing, specializing in face-to-face customer service.

Starting in security, Latoya transitioned to high-level private investigations and communications, fostering a passion for operational accuracy and entrepreneurship.

• She is the host of the upcoming podcast "Working in Love with Hate," focusing on Love/Hate dynamics in work.
• Latoya is the Founder and CEO of Artist Acquisitions Inc., specializing in networking and personal entrepreneurship.

Her expertise includes networking, in-person marketing, and entrepreneurship building.
