Join our workshop on healing from narcissistic abuse, specifically focused on recovering from having a narcissistic mother.
Details:
Led by Alpha, a highly trained and experienced abuse recovery expert, this workshop offers a unique opportunity to learn and heal in a supportive, small group setting (max 10 people).
What to Expect:
- Deep insights into the impact of narcissistic abuse
- Practical tools and healing exercises to support your recovery
- Art therapy and somatic activities to reconnect with your inner child
Workshop Schedule:
- 10:00 AM: Welcome & Acknowledgment of Country
- 10:30 AM: Introduction & Psychoeducation
- 11:00 AM: Healing Strategies & Group Discussion
- 11:30 AM: Break (if needed)
- 12:00 PM: Group Activity with Visuals
- 12:30 PM: Lunch Break (BYO or nearby cafés)
- 1:30 PM: Art Therapy Exercise
- 2:30 PM: Inner Child & Somatic Healing
- 3:30 PM: Summary, Group Reflection & Connection
- 4:00 PM: Workshop End
We provide snacks, coffee, tea, and water. Please bring your own lunch or explore nearby café options.
