Join us for a rejuvenating day of mindfulness and connection with nature. We will start the day with a yoga session amidst the tranquil forest setting, allowing you to connect your mind and body. Following this, we will embark on a scenic hike through the forest, immersing ourselves in the beauty of the natural surroundings and breathing in the fresh, crisp air.
During our hike, we will find a serene spot to sit and engage in a peaceful meditation session, led by your experienced instructor. As we go deep into our pranayama practice, we will focus on connecting with the earth beneath us and embracing the energy of the forest. This experience is not only an opportunity to deepen your yoga practice but also a chance to protect the forest by building a sense of appreciation and respect for nature.
