American Clock & Watch Museum

Details

Bristol, CT was incorporated in 1785 and quickly became recognized as a clock-manufacturing center and home of the E. Ingraham Company's "dollar watch."

The American Clock & Watch Museum is one of the very few museums in the United States dedicated solely to the history, science and art of timekeeping and timekeepers. Its exhibits include sundials and shelf clocks, chronometers and character watches, and everything in between. Discover one of the largest collections of American-made timepieces in the world.

Just us for a PRIVATE TOUR of the museum, which is located in the historic Federal Hill District of Bristol.

EVENT FEE:

$15.00 (MUST BE PAID ON MEETUP with your RSVP) - this fee covers the cost of our tour, our raffle prize, PayPal fees, and Meetup expenses.

RAFFLE PRIZE:

Everyone who attends will get a raffle ticket. At the start of our event we'll raffle off a SPECIAL PRIZE to one participant! Winner must be present to claim their prize.

NO WAITING LIST:

Meetup does not allow waiting lists for paid events, so if we run out of room we'll send an e-mail notification if/when spots open up. These will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.

PARKING:

There is ample free parking available at the museum.
