Begin your day of tranquility and self-discovery with a warm welcome from Stefanie and Alexandra. Settle in and prepare for a day filled with rejuvenation, learning, and personal growth.
10:30 AM - Opening Circle and Intentions Setting
Gather for an opening circle where you'll be invited to set your intentions for the day. This is a time to connect with your fellow participants and share the space with openness and respect.
11:00 AM - Vinyasa Yoga Session
Engage your body and mind with a Vinyasa flow class led by Stefanie. This session is designed to awaken your energy and bring movement and flow into your day. Suitable for all levels, modifications will be offered to ensure everyone feels comfortable and supported.
12:30 PM - Healthy Lunch Break
Enjoy a delicious, nourishing lunch prepared with love. Our menu caters to vegan and vegetarian diets, ensuring you're fueled for the afternoon's activities.
1:30 PM - Guided Meditation and Pranayama Workshop
After lunch, Alexandra will guide you through a meditation session to cultivate inner peace and clarity. Following meditation, dive into the art of Pranayama (breath control), learning techniques to enhance your yoga practice and daily life.
3:00 PM - Restorative Yoga Session
Unwind and deeply relax with a Restorative Yoga class. This gentle session focuses on relaxation and healing, using props to support the body in poses that release tension and stress.
4:30 PM - Closing Circle and Reflection
Gather once again as a group to share experiences and reflections from the day. This closing circle is a moment to express gratitude, share insights, and honor the journey you've embarked on together.
5:00 PM - Farewell
Say goodbye to your instructors and fellow participants, taking with you the peace, insights, and memories from a day full of yoga, meditation, and self-discovery.
