Connection Sessions are creative & supportive group classes where the focus is on helping people to develop their own simple practice Plan. Integrating the modalities of Breathwork, Mindfulness & Embodiment the sessions are engaging and proactive with time set aside for interesting and positive dialogue and contemplation.
Breathwork - To improve the flow of blood & oxygen in through our body and to access the power of the breath as an anchor to the present moment.
Mindfulness - To Quieten and slow down the busy head and to bring greater sense of ease and stillness into your body.
Embodiment - To Develop a greater emotional understanding of ourselves on a visceral level and not just by how we think and how we behave.
