About this event: Cultivating Self-Love to Break Free from Toxic Attachments
Ever feel like you’re stuck in relationships or situations that just drain you because you don't allow yourself to be fully authentic?
That probably means you are acting out of fear and neglect your own needs. Building self-love can change all that and in this event, we’ll share ways to bring more self-love into your life that go beyond just “thinking positive.”
We will talk about practical ways that helped us feeling whole. If you’re looking for solutions to feel more grounded, and just better in your own skin, this event is for you.
A few questions to reflect on and discuss during this event:
- What does self love mean to you and how would you assess yourself?
- What are the stories you tell yourself which affect positively/negatively your self love?
- What active steps could you start taking (or have you taken) to deepen your self-compassion and sense of worth?
About Heal & Grow Meetup
Each week we discuss together about how we can overcome limiting beliefs and patterns at a subconscious level that prevent us from fully accepting ourselves and building healthy relationships.
We explore a different topic each week through conversations in small groups which can be around:
- self-love,
- setting boundaries,
- attachment styles,
- manipulation games in relationships,
- and many other relevant topics

I’m Sébastien from France, in short, I'm a professional coach and have been running my business as my main activity for 5 years. I help digital nomads overcoming their childhood traumas to build healthy relationships anywhere in the world.
My goal with this regular event is to create a space for people to experience what deep coaching is, feeling comfortable sharing and working on ourselves.

Our main struggles in life are almost always consequences of childhood traumas or limiting beliefs, whether we want to improve our abilities to create deeper connections with others, to stop attracting narcissistic people in our life, or to feel more comfortable with ourselves and get rid of our negative self-talk, these are only symptoms of deep wounds and fears and that's exactly what we will explore, but of course in a relaxed and safe environment.
