What we’re about

Getting and staying healthy is complicated. With it's fast food mentality, our society does not encourage healthy eating and with its deadline driven culture we are not encouraged to live slow-paced lifestyles where proper rest and sleep are a part of everyday life. Even if you understand what a healthy diet is, it can be challenging finding ingredients and getting off the processed fast food, expensive supplements and deadly pharmaceuticals. In this group we explore all our options, brainstorm healthy lifestyle choices, share delicious recipes and encourage each other to get and stay healthy.

This is primarily an online group though we may from time to time have in-person meetings in the Chattanooga area in East Tennessee.
