I'm happy to announce a workshop that I will be leading, **From Reflection to Action: A 2025 Intention Setting**.

This workshop is designed to help you reflect on your past year, celebrate your achievements, and release what no longer serves you. Together, we’ll create a clear path for moving into the new year with purpose, energy, and focus.

In this workshop, we will:

* **Reflect** on the past year: acknowledge our wins, learn from challenges, and understand how they’ve shaped us.
* **Release** what holds us back: let go of limiting beliefs, habits, or anything that prevents forward momentum through a guided visualization session outdoors.
* **Set intentions** for the year ahead: fill out a workbook with actionable goals and intentions that align with our vision and values.
* **Find your alccountability partner**: we will each choose another participant as our accountability partner to help us stay on track with our goals the full year.

This event is perfect for anyone looking to close the year on a positive note and start the new year with clarity and purpose.

Come ready to reflect, release, and take action toward your most fulfilling year yet!

**Location**: Integrated Wellness in Dover, NH (subject to change)
