This luxury transformational 2025: Stepping Into Your Divine Purpose women weekend retreat will take place over the long weekend (MLK), January 18-20, 2025 and includes:

Not included:

Transportation. The venue is in Phoenicia, NY. It is easily accessible by car and bus from Port Authority Bus terminal in NYC; carpool option might be available. With advance notice, Menla provides a $5 shuttle to and from Phoenicia bus stop up until 8 p.m. for people traveling by bus.

Dewa Spa services are to be booked on your own at own expense.

Refund policy:

Payment is non-refundable but transferable to a fiend or someone on a waiting list (once retreat fills up) to receive money back. In special circumstances, credit is issued to participate in future programs.

Venue:

Named after the Tibetan Medicine Buddha, Menla was founded by Tibet House US to establish an upstate retreat and spa dedicated to bringing authentic Tibetan mind-body healing arts and sciences to the West. It is located on meteorite crater. The local Native American peoples, including the Esopus and Mahicans, regarded this valley and region, with its enormous first-growth hemlock trees, as especially sacred, a place of the spirits. They never settled here and only used the valley for ceremonial purposes.

No alcohol, weed, psychedelics, and other mood-altering substances are allowed during the retreat program
Partial event attendance (ex., 1 day) is not offered
