Welcome to this newly created (11.27.24) Conservative Singles of Pinellas County Florida Meetup! This is a group for you to connect with other singles who share your beliefs and interests in a fun and engaging environment. Specifically Trump, Vance RFK, (non rino supporters) who know what's really going on in this political world. Not by any means that Trump is perfect, but we like his direct approach and no nonsense form of politics. Whether you are looking to make friends, date someone with similar interests or simply connect on a deeper level (or your family just doesn't understand you), this group is for you. Most of the in person events will be held in the St Pete/Clearwater area. Me personally, I am tired of being accused and attacked on line and banned on social meeting platforms for telling the truth.

This group will mainly be for social connections rather than political events (open to suggestions either way and if you have a desire to help organize events, let me know). I will try to create events that are diversified and fun. Events that are educational, keep us active, help us get out to enjoy the outdoors, dining out, happy hours, dances, local festivals and anything that give us the ability to socialize and simply enjoy life together without worrying if it's ok to bring up politics. I will be monitoring members for safety, accountability, responsibility and respect toward other members.

To join this group, you must be single and live in Florida and have a clear profile picture. I will need to pass on a $10.00 per year membership fee to cover the meetup costs so I appreciate your support (Meetup also takes 7.50% of this fee grrr with their strike payment platform). I also feel it will help keep the group safer from those with scammer or other ill intentions. Once this meetup group grows, I may make it a private group to add an additional safety factor. Please be patient with me as this group grows as I still work full time.

This is a great way to support local businesses and get some walking in. I personally prefer getting exercise while being able to enjoy the sights and sounds around me. Usually there are about 500 vendors. We will most likely go somewhere for lunch after.

We will meet at 10:00 a.m. in front of the Truth Sculpture (triangle shaped sculpture off the water in Vinoy Park).

SHOPAPALOOZA FESTIVAL - Home FREE event!!!

Although we are meeting in front of the truth sculpture, I would suggest parking at North Shore Park at 901 North Shore Drive NE, St Petersburg, FL 33701. It's free and no restrictions on how long you can park. Otherwise, metered parking is available.

Please be courteous to event planners and guests and be on time and update your RSVP if your plans change.

We will meet at 5 pm for a nice long walk to dinner and then to view the beautiful display of Christmas lights in downtown St Pete during and after. Please wear very comfortable shoes. I want to meet in daylight and we can decide from there where we would like to eat first and then enjoy our walk after (Sunset is 5:35 ish pm) or walk and then eat. I like Frescos off the water but it may be too cold. We can include a walk on the pier too. I am open to suggestions when we meet depending on how crowded everything is.

I would suggest parking at North Shore Park at 901 North Shore Drive, NE, St. Petersburg Florida 33701 as parking is free with an unlimited parking time. Otherwise, if too crowded, meter parking is available with a two hour limit in most places. I will be near the park bench close to the water at North Shore Park.

We will start our little adventure at 5:15. Even if just a couple people come out, I am still game as it's so much better enjoying something like this with company rather than alone.

Happy hour is from 3 to 6 pm. Local draft and well cocktails $4.00. Very nice bar area with lounge seating for at least 2-4. We will meet at the bar area to the right as you come up the stairs.

Depending on interests and suggestions, I would like to bring conservative Trump supporting people together to celebrate entering a new year with our hope for wonderful things for this country (and ALL Americans) in 2025. It may be simply a walk downtown and dinner or an event at a location that charges an entry fee. This means the event time and exact location may change as well depending on our options.

This event is for conservative singles who would prefer to be around other people into the new year and not sit at home alone. When this group gets bigger, I may open my home up to future social events through the year, game nights, dinners, parties, etc. when comfortable. My area does have a club house but they charge a fee to rent it.
