I am a mother of two lovely children, pharmacologist and Cordon Bleu Haute Cuisine Diploma qualified chef... Being from Italy I come from a culture that places huge importance to food. It is ingrained in our culture. Cooking is my passion. Combining my experiences and love for children, I wrote a cookery book for children, Little Lasagna Sisters. This book teaches children not only how to make lasagna but also a bit of history and a bit of science.
I created this group to share my knowledge and experiences with other parents. Help them to teach their children a love for nutritious, healthy food while learning a new skill.
My aim is to help young generations to establish a balanced relationship with food and healthy eating habits.
I am planning to create a series of events using this platform to assist parents to achieve this.
