Capping off the year, we are going to have a nice Christmas party and be together for one last time in 2024. No agendas, no books or movies to read or see, just dine, wine, and fun activities.
The core group decided for pizza, escape room and if somebody wants we could later grab a beer or wine.

The program:
\- Meet up starts the 30th november\, at 18\.00 o'clock until 20\.00 o'clock at [Pizzeria Luca, Gammel Strand 42, 1202 København K.](https://iloveluca.dk/) Where we are going to have dinner for a couple of hours.
\- Meet up will follow at [Mystery Makers, Grønningen 15](https://mysterymakers.dk/en/about-mystery-room/)
[1270 Copenhagen K](https://mysterymakers.dk/en/about-mystery-room/). Where we are going to solve an escape room together from 20.30 until 21.30 (which room is yet TBA, probably the Lab).
\- After 21\.30 the meet up can continue by having a beer or wine\, or coffee or going to a party\.

Practical info (please read!):
\- The total price \(dinner and escape room\) would be around 500kr\. to 800kr\. Could change by the number of partecipants\.
\- RSPV is 10 days and will be closed the 10th of november\.
\- RSPV is for both dinner and escape room\, if you agree to come\, you come for both of them\.
\- Least number of partecipants is 5\. Max number of partecipants is 15
\- if partecipants are lesser than 5\, the meet up could be cancelled or changed drastically \(for example: no reservation or escape room\)
\- Since we are dealing with reservations and money\, It is obligatory that the partecipants come to the meet up if they say so\.
\- Usually restaurants doesn't ask for payments before hand\, on the other end escape rooms probably do\. If some payment is required before hand\, I will cover it up\, but is required that you pay back to me ASAP by Mobilepay\.
\- It is my discrection to accept before hand payments\. If you are first time partecipant\, I will require you to pay me before i pay for you\.
\- Locations for dinner and escape room can change\, if there is not enough room for us or you have better suggestions\.
\- Eventual changes will be told no later than the 15th of November\.
\- I will try my best that eventual changes will respect the budget \(500\-800kr\. each\)\, quality of the place and the food\, as well as location \(around the city center\)\.
\- Suggestion are open until the 5th of november\.
\- Plus one are welcome
