Our urban forest walking group focuses on health, fitness, and friendship. Inspired by Eckhart Tolle's philosophy of being present and living in the Now and the Japanese practice of forest bathing (Shinrin Yoku), you'll experience the healing benefits of nature, reduced stress, and enhanced well-being as you connect with like-minded women in a beautiful, natural forest setting.

Shinrin Yoku means bathing in the forest atmosphere or taking in the forest through your senses.) Walking in the woods enhances your overall physical and psychological well-being, making every step a step towards better health.

Membership Information:
The annual membership fee of $7 gives you unlimited access to all our scheduled group walks in scenic Mundy Park throughout the year. This small fee helps cover our group's annual costs for using the Meetup platform to organize our walks.
