What we’re about
Friendly session of outdoor/Astro football (60 mins). Aim is to keep active (a bit of cardio), have fun/socialize and overall, improve fitness, wellbeing and mental health.
All levels welcome.
Games will be 5/6-a-side when we have 10-12. The sessions will last 1hr.
Time: Saturday or Sunday (Late morning - Early afternoon) TBC - provisionally 10am/11am/12pm - 11am/12pm/1pm
Venue: Leisureworld, Bishopstown Astropitches. T12 HP29
Cost: €5-6
