What we’re about
Welcome to our Occupational Trauma Support Group, a space where individuals navigating the challenges of workplace-related distress can find understanding, empathy, and a supportive community. Whether you've experienced high-stress work environments, bullying, harassment, discrimination, or other forms of workplace trauma, you are not alone in your journey.
This group aims to provide a safe and confidential environment where members can share their experiences, gain insights, and receive support from others who have faced similar challenges. Together, we'll explore coping strategies, discuss healing approaches, and foster a sense of connection as we navigate the path toward recovery and resilience in the face of occupational trauma. Your stories matter, and your presence in this community is a crucial step towards healing.
Our host Kiara Jefferson is an Experienced Healing and Workplace Wellness Consultant who is a powerful and engaging teacher, and encourager to add aspects of wellness in your everyday work routine through practices that work for you. Spanning topics from conscious leadership to lighter topics like identifying yourself outside of your career to uplift and promote exploration of self. You will leave each meeting feeling encouraged and empowered on your healing journey!
*Each event is hosted by The Healing Collective; a conglomerate of corporate wellness services encompassing cold pressed juice and tea services, substance abuse prevention in the workplace, and protections of maternal and reproductive health in the workplace.*
