Note to first-timers, if you have never attended this hike before please sit this one out and join us on another hike.

Total distance Round trip -4 miles

Pace -( moderate) 1.0 to 1.5 mph

Elevation change =around 3,800 feet ascent/descent

Foot Traction a must have!

Hiking Poles can be helpful on the descent.

As always bring a Headlamp , map and compass or GPS, Water and Snacks.

Park NORTH of the Tunnel on Rt. 9D in Cold Spring

Bring water , snacks, and a camera for some awesome photos. hiking poles are helpful.
