Kelly - Yoga with Psychic Meditation

This is a yoga practice that combines hatha and yin-based postures, comprising of gentle flow movements, intertwining with static yin poses. First, we will start with centering, then moving to poses/sequences and ending with a 5 minute resting period. The yoga portion lasts about 60 minutes and is open to all body levels of fitness.
