Celestial Alignments Candlelight Meditation & Sound Healing (Every Wednesday)

Find a moment of peace and attune yourself to the cosmos in this relaxing midweek unwind. Each class is inspired by a theme related to the cycles of the moon and other celestial events.

Through guided visualizations, mindfulness practices, self-reflection prompts, affirmations, mantra, mudra and sound, we allow the graceful dance of the cosmos to guide us into a more authentic connection with ourselves.

No prior meditation experience is required – this class is open to all who seek tranquility, clarity, and spiritual nourishment. Come as you are and deepen your connection to the universe. Feel free to bring a journal, cushions, blankets, an eye pillow, or anything that adds to your comfort.
