30’s and 40’s hike

TIME: 10:00 for 10:15 Prompt Start

Distance: 10 miles

Walking time: 4hrs 15mins plus breaks

Please ensure you bring enough food and water to sustain you for the length of the hike. We will stop for water periodically and stop for food around halfway.

All hikers should be properly equipped with appropriate footware, wet weather gear, and clothing for the conditions. Jeans are not recommend,

The hike leader will have a first aid kit, navigational devices. Map & compass on mountains or gps software anywhere else. During winter months torches might be needed in the evenings.

All hikes will start as advertised, unless there are extenuating circumstances. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to departure time. Lift sharing is recommended where possible.

We will walk from Minster Lovell on a lovely route to burford. There will be an opportunity to stop for lunch in Burford. On our return we will visit the farmers dog, Jeremy Clarksons Pub.

The route and length of walk may have to change due to weather and ground conditions.
