Whatever your starting point is, we are here to guide you through an open level class every Sunday! 🤩 All classes are drop-in, so you can join whenever it fits with your schedule! 📅
🧘♂️No prior experience with yoga is needed! Our certified instructors will offer variations throughout the class, to make it as comfortable or challenging as you would like. 🙏
Our classes are generally Vinyasa based, but you will also meet other yoga styles from time to time.
What is vinyasa? Vinyasa simply means connecting movement with breath. Through the class, the teacher will guide you through a series of movement and positions while breathing deeply. 🐈This helps to stretch your body and focus your mind and will leave you feeling soft, relaxed, and clear headed, ready to start a new week!
💰 Prices:
✨Single classe – drop in: 75 dkk per class (60 dkk for students)
✨Commit to your practice with an 8 Class Pass and get the 9th class completely FREE with our punch card: 600 dkk (480 dkk for students)
The punch card is also valid for other cph4water classes.
PRACTICAL TIPS
We have a limited number of mats available (first come, first serve), so we recommend that you bring your own – a long with a bottle of water.

LISTEN TO YOUR BODY
Yoga is not about bending yourself into superhuman shapes, it's about listening to your body and finding calm - we always encourage you to listen to the limitations of your body so you can practice safely. Also, if you have any injuries or illnesses that might affect you during the class in any way, please let the teacher know beforehand so we can show the proper consideration. 🙏
