This is our open, weekly support group for CPTSD, complex PTSD or chronic PTSD, where members can learn a little from Mary about trauma recovery, and share with others their struggles and healing. The hour will include welcoming/ sharing, Mary giving a short lesson for the week from Pete Walker's book, [CPTSD: From Surviving to Thriving](https://a.co/d/7dx70NF), and then we will share and interact. Shares will be limited to 3 minutes based on time we have, and supportive cross-talk will be allowed. Mary will help manage and provide intervention when necessary.
