Tired of snow? Come paint flowers!

It's been a while since we did a ceramics event, so let's get in the spirit of spring and paint some daisies... or whatever you want to paint!

When you arrive, you pick out your ceramic piece(s) to paint. Pricing is typically on the bottom of the item. If you have a design or an idea before you come you can use carbon paper to transfer your design on the piece and the carbon will burn off when it is fired in the kiln.

Your glazed and fired piece will be ready for pick up in about a week. Prices vary depending on the size and number of items you paint, but plan on at least $25 for this event. Payment for the project is due at the time of painting, not pick-up. There is not an additional fee for actually painting, it's included in the price of the ceramic piece you pick.

I'm not reserving a table, but getting there when it opens at noon will be good enough to grab some seats. Please let me know that you are really coming (on your way kind of thing) and I will save you a seat. My cell is 513-410-6376.

Ceramics for You is located on Grand Ave. in Gurnee at the Stonebrook Commons shopping center, right next to Great Clips. Outside food and beverages are not allowed at this event. There are reasonably priced sodas and snacks available for purchase there.
