Yoga & Breathwork at Nomahegan Park

Start with Breathwork and meditation for the first 10-15 minutes, and then move on to a yoga stretch. About 45 minutes total.
The power of our breath has the potential to heal and bring us back to our center if we've been blown off course by the challenges of life, events and others. We will do some basics like resonant breathing to start, and then move on to box breathing 4-4-4-4, meaning 4 seconds of breathing in, then 4 hold, then 4 out, then 4 hold.

Then move onto yoga and we can customize our yoga class to be for a gentle stretch, or for a strong workout.

We will gather somewhere in the grass near the playground or picnic area, wherever is the driest spot. The time may change from somewhere between 7:30AM-11:30AM depending on weather and prior commitments.
