Release & Renewal Art & Healing

As the new year approaches, it's time to release the old and welcome the new.

This workshop is for women who wish to reflect on any personal challenges they faced in 2024; find the life lessons they brought you, and open their hearts to a fresh start in 2025.

We will use a variety of expressive art mediums and spiritual tools for self-reflection and healing. We offer an encouraging, safe, soulful, supportive space.

The workshop will consist of:

• Introductions/check-in
• Grounding meditation with palo santo, & music
• Burn & Release ritual
• Gratitude & Self-Reflection Art-making
• Oracle Card exploration
• Journaling (if time allows)

Art supplies will be provided.

For this workshop please bring:

1. A journal or notebook to write in.

You may also bring your favorite art supplies or an art journal if you prefer to create in that.
