Charity Yarn for Lynbrook

Status:

1. Our time is set: 10am on the 14th. We will meet at the school and Maggie will direct us to how she wants to set out the items.
2. Items gave been selected for the school - we have enough, but if you would like to include yours, please get them to me before the 14th and I will swap for some of Cathie's many (thanks for covering us Cathie!)
3. We are out of Medium and Large hats so make those top priority for next year.
4. If you have any more hats or mittens that you would like to donate, please get them to Susan (happy to store extras for next year).

FYI The sizing for hats is as follows: hats with circumference below 20 inches are small, 20 to 21.5 inches are medium, and more than 21.5 inches are large.

Northern Virginia Crocheters knows the value of a quality, handmade crochet or knitted item and works all year to create items that will delight each child. Though we could churn out more items, we are focused on offering children who attend lower income elementary schools with handmade hats, mittens, and scarves that will make them smile.
