Join me for an 8-night culinary journey through Italy next October, exploring the art of cooking inspired by nonnas' kitchens. From the blend of medieval and modern in Rome to the rich flavors of the Tuscany and Emilia-Romagna regions, this trip highlights diverse culinary delights beyond just pizza and pasta. Enjoy various neighborhood tastings, factory tours, fresh produce, and cooking classes. 🥩🍝🍷
