Deepening Tantric Connection

This workshop is available to those who have attended the foundational workshop Discovering Tantric Connection

In this new series of workshops, we explore a different theme in each session to awaken you more to your authentic gifts, power and nature. We will use breath, movement, sound, touch, massage and meditation to awaken potent lifeforce energies and expand them through the body to nourish, resource, heal and expand. Tantra brings us into relationship with others and we become each other’s mirrors, teachers, guides and gifts. When safe, relaxed and listened to, the heart opens and can truly know itself as boundless in its capacity for compassion, generosity, wisdom and love.

Please note that as a group, we commit to holding a safe, boundaried and respectful space. You need to be able to sit and kneel in comfort.
