Last Café Consciente of 2024 - Theme: CHOICES

As we move towards winter, a time for nature to take stock of what it collected and to cocoon in preparation for later rebirth, we have the opportunity to look back at the decisions we have taken and at the course of the events that have guided our choices.

At times we feel our family, government, climate, partner is choosing for us. This is often linked to our own sense of ownership, of our perception on how much we enact our feelings in our daily lives. Our behaviour reflecting survival, love, capacity to reclaim freedom is our choice, whether it was vocal or silent. No matter how "little" or empowering a picture it encompasses, the way we view it is our choice.

Come and share your feelings on choices, or sip a cup of infusion where your soul can be seen.

Café Consciente is a circle for sharing and co-creating energy, where each person holds space to listen compassionately. Therefore, we invite participants to bring their cups - and a snack if they wish - to help create an environment for sharing.

We have limited seating to ensure everyone is seen and heard, even if they participate in silence. Please reserve your space by filling out the form They are given on a first-come, first-served basis. You'll receive a confirmation email soon.

A minimum of 5 participants is required for the event to take place.

About the facilitators:
Cristian and Nadia combine their different paths to create a middle ground for exploring our psyche and well-being. Their broad experience in body-somatic work, cultural diversity and inclusion, meditation, and other traditional and holistic tools guide us in self-observation and comprehension of our body-mind-soul experience.
