What to expect in a class

Forty minutes of gentle movements, using powerful breath, & mental focus. With your breath, these movements will strengthen the nervous system, balance the glands, purify the blood, and clean out subconscious thought patterns.

3 minutes- Meditation learning how to navigate daily emotions & problems
