Breaking dysfunctional cycles within ourselves can be extremely hard and isolating. Not anymore!

Now you have a kick ass group of other moms who are on a similar journey of self acceptance, breaking patterns of people pleasing and perfectionism (yay!) and want to create a dysfunction-free legacy for themselves and their families!

This group is for you if you:
- Have unhealed childhood trauma that you want to heal
- Were raised in a narcissistic, dysfunctional or alcoholic home
- Tend to attract toxic relationships into your life
- Struggle with people pleasing, perfectionism and feeling responsible for other people's problems
- Have a hard time setting and following through with boundaries
- Want to connect with other moms who are on the same journey to break the cycle of family dysfunction:)

Each week we share our highs and lows, feelings and needs - things we often don't know as moms. This is one hour a week where you are seen and heard for being you. You don't have to put on your makeup or do your hair, show up as you are.
