Calling All Board Game Enthusiasts!
Want to try putting your board game knowledge to work in creating a new system? Our friendly local boardgame developers are ready for your test!
Every other Thursday, board game developers from all over the Calgary area get together at D6 to playtest and assess their newest creations. In early stages of board game development, it's often you'll see cardboard cut-outs and hand written cards when playing, so expect some unbalance and untypical gameplay.

Which games you may spy:

• A television series director game.
• A blackjack-esc game with a cyber-hacking twist.
• A drag queen competition.

Because the devs are bringing in their own games, the check-in fee of $5 applies to all players joining them (check-in fee is waived with the purchase of a food or drink over $5).

We know that most tabletop games start way before the players get to rolling dice. But that doesn't mean you have to do it alone!
Come paint at D6 Tabletop and bring your tabletop game pieces to life! Whether you're a seasoned hobbyist or just starting out, this event is for everyone who loves to paint their miniatures. Share tips, grab a drink, make new friends, and show off your favourite models!

Note: Please bring all equipment for your painting needs. This includes paints, brushes, water pallets, etc. If you don't have any, we do have basic colours and brushes to use.

There is a $5 table check-in upon arrival at the venue which can be waived with the purchase of food/drink over $5.
