๐ Where? Tallinna Grupiteraapia Keskus

Room 53 (floor 5)
๐ฌ Join our open emotional support group as we explore the personal challenges of adjusting to life as an expat in Estonia. In this session, weโll delve into the unique emotional experiences of building a new life in a foreign country. Weโll discuss ways to navigate feelings of connection and isolation, share tools for managing the ups and downs of expat life, and offer support as you adapt to this journey in a new culture.
๐ Supportive confidential environment: we are all about open, respectful, and confidential conversations. You have people who empathise best with your situation right there with you. You can arrive and leave whenever you want. And if you feel most comfortable with staying anonymous, it is totally cool.
๐ง Expert Guidance: Learn from a psychology enthusiast with experience in expat issues. You can go even deeper than just surface level problems with being an expat. Anything that might affect your self-esteem and such.
๐ This is a FREE event! Come and go as you please.
๐ Who Should Attend:
