GOOD SURF - Watch live surfing at a bar!

Y'all said you wanted fun things to do on a Friday, and this is probably one of the coolest places I've been to in a little while in Dallas. So I called the owner to score us a row of cabanas to have a front row seat to watch ppl surf in this man made wave pool in Deep Ellum.

There's a lot of things to do here, but I'm in it to watch people surf. They have timeslots for beginners and experienced and its fun to watch both levels. If you're so inclined, book a slot and we'll cheer you on.

Pickleball courts can be booked in advance or that night, if available. That would be on your own if interested. They also have a few lawn games. And most importantly maybe, its a big open, outdoor space after a long week indoors at the computer.

There is a parking lot on site, but it is very small.
