Heated Vinyasa

Step into your personal Yoga practice with Loft Yoga. Sundays are heated ans energetic. Experience is suggested. If you have never taken a yoga class. Please consider taking the Tuesday or Thursday class prior. All classes are held in my loft with hard wood floors and large windows allowing natural light to pour in, this class offers a serene, at-home feel that enhances your practice.

This heated environment deepens your flexibility and helps you release tension, while the supportive environment makes you feel right at home.

All shoes must be removed at the door.
