At Socialize & Shine DFW, we're not just any social group; we're a radiant sisterhood where women aged 27 and up come together to connect, glow, and grow. Our mission is to provide a sparkle-filled, drama-free space where black and brown women can form genuine relationships and uplift one another. Socialize & Shine DFW  envisions a world where every woman sparkles with confidence, is heard and cherished, and radiates the light of meaningful connections. Join us as we embrace the journey of self-discovery, celebrate each other's achievements and create bonds that Shine bright like a Diamond. Together, we're not just a social group; we're a radiant movement where women connect, glow, and grow.

Our Bright Principles:

  • Inclushinevity: We radiantly welcome women from all walks of life, knowing that our collective brilliance shines brighter with diversity. We cherish each unique facet of our members and promote an atmosphere of inclusivity.

  • Sisterly Support: We believe that together, we illuminate the path to success. Socialize & Shine is where women can lean on each other, share their radiant experiences, and find encouragement in their personal and professional journeys.
  • Drama-Free Radiance: Our community thrives on the pure radiance of positivity, respect, and kindness. Drama has no place here as we focus on shining bright and supporting one another.
  • Social Sparkle: We curate a dazzling array of social events, from sparkling gatherings to themed soirées, illuminating workshops, and enlightening discussions. These events provide opportunities for meaningful connections and radiant moments.
  • Uplifting Radiance: While we celebrate all women, we are especially dedicated to nurturing and highlighting the brilliance of black and brown women. Through shared experiences and support, we aim to amplify each other's radiant potential.

Our Commitment to Active Participation:

We want our members to truly shine within our community. To foster meaningful connections, we require active participation in our events and socializing. If there comes a time when you need to take a step back, please let one of our leaders know, and we will gladly readmit you when you're available. Our aim is to create an environment where every member can contribute to our collective radiance.
