We meet each Wednesday for a guided meditation practice for the first 30-minutes. After a short bio-break we gather together for a group-guided conversation around spirituality, learning more about the principles of the Universe, and sharing in our demonstrations, and sometimes hardships of using these principles in our lives.
No experience is necessary and this is a great opportunity for you to meet others.
Our Facilitators are trained Ministers and Practitioners that help to provide a safe space for spiritual exploration.
