Destress with a great workout on White Rock Lake every Wednesday night. Please be there early enough to warm-up, load the boat, and push off the dock promptly at 6:30 PM; we generally finish practice in an hour and a half so the time posted is a rough estimate.

Please respond whether you are coming or not so we can have an accurate headcount.
