Do you like to get up and out in nature first thing in the morning? Especially in summer, when only early birds can beat the heat?
This group is for you.
We'll start by scheduling early morning nature walks on Saturdays. Depending on your interests, we may spend part of walks in mindful silence, as well as part chatting.
As the group grows, we may add other morning activities -- such as rowing, swimming, biking, etc. It's up to you....
