Each week's Trekkin' Tuesdays is a fast-paced, fun workout hike. The hike is an out-and-back hike of approximately 5 miles total. We start at the Lambs Gap Darlington Trail parking lot, located on Lambs Gap Road, approx. 1.5 miles from Wertzville Road, and hike approximately 2.5 miles before returning. The hike start time is 6 PM. We will break at the midpoint before heading back. Please bring a headlamp or flashlight.

Our "workout hike" is at a brisk pace -- approx. 3.75 mph (or an approx. 16-minute mile). Please know your hiking ability so we can stay together as a group.
